I am a private practitioner and registered member of the
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America.
I am also a licensed massage therapist in the state of Arizona.
I came to this work through my own BCST experience of trauma release, healing, and restoration. This helped my system release stored pain and reconnect with joy. Now, I’m honored to support others in finding their own balance.
What is biodynamic Craniosacral therapy (bcst) ?
BCST is a gentle, non-invasive practice for the whole body. It supports the body’s natural ability to settle, reorganize,
and move toward balance. The practitioner utilizes stillness, light-touch, and at times, a dialogue with the client
to support their inherent health. This is performed on a massage table while the client is fully clothed.
BCST works with your body’s natural rhythms to help release stored trauma and tension, improve nervous system regulation,
and support long‑term resilience. BCST can also act as preventative healthcare by promoting overall wellness. While BCST doesn't change the fact that difficult things happen in life, it does change the way difficulties are met and addressed without depleting the body as a whole.
Learn how this gentle, hands‑on approach helps your system reorganize from the inside out.
